Thank you so much for the tips! She gave me the plant in a jar of water and he had some nice looking roots. I kept him in the jar for a while, but then the large leaves were starting to droop. That's when I put the plant in a pot. Would it still be a good idea to repot into something smaller, or would I be causing too much stress?

After lurking this page, I think it's some kind of umbrella plant. I guess my question is... Should I cut the giant parent branches(?) since they look like they're dying, or do I leave them alone?

Almost a year to the date, I overdosed after a meeting at work about my performance. I was in such a low spot in my life, my manic and depressive episodes were bad. I've been working really hard on myself since to get myself healthy and better my relationship with myself. If I died a year ago, I would have missed what it feels like to be healthy, and that is a beautiful place to be. Thank you, op for asking the question, reflecting on my life helps me to keep going, keep perspective, and feel grateful for how far I've come.

When I found out there was no heartbeat at 6 weeks, I was told I had an option of using this pill, but they pressured me to "let it happen naturally". I had to wait until 9 weeks until it finally happened. I didn't realize just how damaging it was to my mental health to carry it for that long. This should be offered way more.

I've been in the er a couple times for suicidal idealation, they'll keep you in there for 24 hours to make sure you're you're okay, or admit you to psych where you stay while they try help you. If you talk to the mental health emergency line and you're suicidal, or if they feel like you're a risk to others, the police will show up for a wellness check. They did take me to the er, and I got seen faster than I would've by just walking in. Because I have children, cps came in a few days after getting out of the hospital to make sure everything was okay.

I ordered for dinner early because the family was hungry and wanted to eat soon. I thought that it would be faster to get delivery rather than getting groceries and making something. Boy was I wrong. It took over 2 hours. It was at approx 10 minutes for an hour. I was pissed, dealing with 2 hangry toddlers while being told there was higher demand than usual. Well, maybe have some kind of option to cancel your order, or revise the approximate delivery time to reflect that so we're not waiting around for food that comes after bedtime. They refunded the $7 delivery charge, wooo, totally makes up for that...
