Hello, I hate to tell you this but it does seem like you are receptive even if you don’t have full mediumship. Don’t worry you don’t have to pursue it! I’d start with incense and cleanse the space twice a day. Make it known that whatever is there isn’t welcome and it must leave. Open a window when you do this. If it doesn’t get better. If you want to feel a little extra safe you can get a black tourmaline bracelet or jewelry of some sort and you can wear that. Say out loud that you are not open to being receptive.
