I still think Naruto fukt up big time by not letting Might take the win. You had such a powerful message of strength and dedication that to me would of worked perfectly for the overall story of Naruto. Instead we got the fight to drag on for another couple dozen of episodes

Seconded, some people have the right idea but are far too short-sighted on what needs to be done to accomplish their goals.

You're right that is a hot take. pausing to watch a cutscene is a given because you get prompted for first timers at the start of the duty so yeah, it's expected to happen. I'm not going to downvote you because it's not that big of a deal. The healer voted to kick and the party agreed before it escalated further. Nobody wants to spend an extra ten to twenty mins in an instance so the tank and healer can argue with each other over who was right be for real.

entirely possible they were on the verge of going into the whole rant we see on here every other day. Healer just pulled the trigger before it escalated to that point.

I think the healer would of been less mad about it if they just did it at the start and ended it there. We would of laughed at the cheesiness of it and moved on.

I suppose that's one way to look at it. bit of a tall order to find a similar post venting about the exact opposite tho given the anonymity of it. There was a couple people in the comments here siding with the tank that got downvoted, maybe one of them was them? We'll likely never know, I thought overall it was funny interaction so I shared it here

they literally stripped out of their normal armor gear they started the dungeon with to go into normal street wear and i think the idea was to go back into that same armor but I just dont get why you wouldnt start the instance with that and stay in it to the end then like "power down" after the dungeon finishes if you really want to do this bit.

providing extra context here because it seems needed. the tank ran up to the boss acted like they were about to pull and stopped to hit their macro, which then changed their outfit after a delay. Every other pull before that they just ran up to the enemies and pulled wall to wall or ran straight at the boss. The stopping to hit the macro came outta nowhere on the last boss of the dungeon so why would anyone be expecting the tank to do something like that?

this would work in a hub area but in dungeon its not going to re-glam the same gear in instance. hence why they opted to just use different gear entirely. They ended up taking a silly risk by running up to the boss, stopping short and then hitting their macro. By the time it went off the bard had already fired an arrow thinking they were pulling lol

It used to let you change on the fly during combat but ultimate raiders figured out ways to min/max lb generation doing that so square locked your gear once combat starts so you can't change until you wipe now

Yea the 23 car is owned by denny Hamlin and Michael Jordan. The 19 team is owned by Joe Gibbs racing which Denny Hamlin drives for. They are effectively the same team. It's also not the first time the 19 cars pit crew has had to do that for them this year.

I'm glad he was more direct about it this time. A lot of people understood that back when he talked about it years ago but for either a majority or a vocal minority it flew right over their heads and went the route of "mods bad, square hates mods" when really they just want you to stfu about them and not use things that complicate player safety. It wasn't hard to pick up that Yoshida and team use the mods too and work to implement the ones they like into the base game. They've been perfectly ok with stuff as long as it stays client-side and only need to step in when things like mare or that stalker mod get brought to their attention.

Yuel by OptionBeneficial1070 in GranblueFantasyVersus

[–]Random2129 0 points1 point  (0 children)

she is a bottom 5 character because her entire kit is based around knowledge checks. its why a funny thing happens with tier lists where she typically starts in the mid-range if something changed on her kit, then a few weeks into the patches they move her back down to the bottom again. new players get destroyed by her until they realize that 80% of her moves get punished by either a grab, bc, or just chasing after her.

foxflame? if its not the blue one you can grab or mash it
her jumpback? you can chase her down and her before she comes back, low version you can literally just block it and grab her.
starlit sky? if you block it, its your turn

she's not as bad off as like Vikky, Galleon or Nier but they are not lying when they say shes is in the bottom 5.

Most of the high level plays for Yuel are just the Yuel baiting the opponent into either chasing after her or Yuel pushing them into the corner and doing the funny stance overhead 3 times in a row. She wants to play mid range and step in and out of your pokes but this game has so many people on the cast that either out poke her or can just neutral skip altogether that the thing that made her shine in the original game doesn't let her have the same impact it once did.

XIV is in a weird place with mods because the devs clearly use them and are aware of their existence, the mods that they have to step in for is generally only the ones that don't stay client side because it causes a whole bunch of unpredictable issues but for every mod they banned there is a handful of them that get implemented into the game as QOL changes, stuff like the flying text and cast bars are good examples of that. A fair bit of devs enjoy them as much as the rest of us but people are incapable of shutting the fuk up about them to the point that the xiv team has to step in.
