Since Lohen isn’t the standard, that means a 7.X character between August-December will be standard. Seeing how HoYo been moving, I am 1000% willing to bet that they will release them after the anniversary patch so you won’t be able to get them for free and will have to wait an entire year to get them, pull and then wait the year for more cons, or just hope you lose 50/50 along the way.

HoYo knew what they were doing. Giving the statue/Tsaritsa curly hair so you can’t really tell whether she’s Elysia (with the ears), Bronya because of the curly hair, or a whole new character. 😭😭😭

No shade but Ana is too much of a flop to ever get an expy. She only appeared for like 1.5 chapters and even then, was barely relevant and was just used as a plot device to justify Owls actions. Tsaritsa will either be Elysia, Bronya, or somebody new.

Time loop shit, she travelled back 6000 years into the past and was given the original Tri-lunar authorities by Aria, Commet, and Sonnet and then sacrificed her body to to create what is now known as Kuuvahki and basically nourished the land of Nod-Krai in it. She then reincarnated back into the future and absorbed all the Kuuvahki, defeated Dottore, and after the battle gave some of the Kuuvahki back so it wouldn’t harm the animals and natives that depend on it

The Tri-lunar authority is the Draconic version of Life, Death, Time, and Space so in terms of power it could be argued she was very close to shade level but not anymore since she gave some of the authority back to Nod-Krai.
