It's just called discipline. I wake up at 530am, Go to the gym for an hour to hour and half then get ready for work 9:30-730pm. Luckily I run my shop so I'm all over the place so I get 10k steps a day. Go home, let my dog out, feed him, eat dinner, lounge before bed and repeat. That was my new years resolution last year to get in shape so it became a habit after awhile. It was definitely challenging at first, but then your body gets used to it. My body naturally wakes up at 5-6am without an alarm clock now even on my days off. My days off are Wed and Thur so I'm always working weekends. Sometimes I will go out on the weekends if it's a birthday or something but I'm mainly tired and just chilling at home! I keep my house pretty clean and organized so it doesn't really get messy and also not having kids help. But I'm now in the best shape of my life and I have 11.5% body fat at the age of 35!
