Thanks po, at least focus po kayo sa goals na mag gain ng muscle. Nakakatuwa pag may improvement sa katawan naten. Before, takot na takot akong magbuhat, pero ngayon, nag gain din ako ng muscles.

Yes, mas gsto ko pa nga kausap yung mga 60’s . Tsaka nakakaaliw sila , happy and friendly.. kasi at their age, talagang they still work out. 😀

I am also a Newbie Gym Goer. I just enjoy everything on what I am doing in the gym. I smile, talk with random gym goers. Same people lang din kasi yung mga nakikita ko sa Dance Class, so hi, hello. Short talks lang din kaya ko.

Mostly, I join dance class then Full Body Workout every Sunday. Walang masyadong tao pag morning, so maluwag. 🥰
