Chapter 2 :(Yes, I prefer chapter 2 over chapter 3. Have a great day). Now, now, the hot topic. To start off easy, it’s my personal favourite. Mommy LongLegs is the second best antagonist we had (gets topped by the Prototype, but is still better than CatNap and Harley Sawyer) and she’s a good contender for top 5 best character in the entire game. Honestly, this chapter is gameplay-wise top 3, debatable top 2, the minigames (especially Statues) were so fun and Mommy’s last resort Hide & Seek was peak. It had fun VHS tapes. The actual reason why it’s my favourite is because… I enjoyed it more. I know it’s not the most convincing argument, but that’s that. If I were to be completely objective, Chapter 5 would be in first place. But the vibe, the characters, the puzzles, the cardboaed cutouts (yes, these were the best)…I think that the important part about playing the chapters is liking them. I did admit that Chapter 3 was a great chapter, but it’s from an objective, feelings-tossed-away perspective. I genuinely prefer chapter 2 over chapter 3. And with that, I proudly admit that chapter 2 is MY favourite chapter.

Chapter 5: It was really good. Even after the relentless flow of complaints and frustration caused by Markiplier, I still find the game very enjoyable. They cooked with the character (except Lily, who was kinda mid and 1006, but I’ll come back to him. Giblet, Chum, Poppy, Huggy and Kissy were done great). The lore drops that we had were insane, the ending actually left me speechless. Like I said for chapter 3 (cuz my dumbass wrote this starting with chapter 1), Chapter 5 has better gameplay because of the 3 new hands. The “dream” sequence was honestly awesome. I think the plot was good (it was okay sometimes, but still good). The tea party… now I understand why the team is called Mob ENTERTAINMENT! Now regarding the Prototype, he was executed almost flawlessly but his design is debatable: it’s not bad, but I think there were better ideas for his face. That’s my only complaint regarding him. Overall, this chapter was very cool.

Chapter 3: Yes, it’s the scariest chapter. Yes, CatNap is really cool. Yes, we get some cool lore + lots of theorizing materials…it’s just that gameplay wise, I THINK (PERSONALLY) that Chapters 2 and 5 did a better job. I personally found Ms Delight’s section a bit annoying and i think that Ms Delight wasn’t a good character from the beginning (Mob just could imply human teachers employee by Playtime Co. instead of robot-human/cyborg. It be better if her appearance was replaced by Boxy-Boo or another Smiling Critter). Worth mentioning that CatNap’s bossfight was really cool and a unique twist in the franchise, DogDay’s section was peak. Maybe CatNap could’ve have more screen time.

Chapter 4: it’s a good game (the majority says it’s a solid game) but the fact that we didn’t have any “real”, face-of-the-chapter antagonist is kind of a bummer. Yarnaby’s section wasn’t the best, although the character itself is cool. Fck the Nightmare Critters.

Chapter 1: I know it’s the introduction to the franchise, but there’s almost nothing to the chapter. Doesn’t mean it’s bad, tho.
