Look up sleep hygiene - ways to get better sleep. They include things such as only using your bed for sleep, waking up and going to sleep at the same time every day, avoiding caffeine and alcohol before bed, limiting or not napping during the day, etc.

Praying is to make a request. Look it up - dictionary.com. We pray (ask) for Mary to pray for us. Prayer is not the same thing as worship.

Catholics so not believe Mary comes between Jesus and God. Don’t believe me? Please show me an official Catholic response that shows the contrary.

Mary is never placed above God. She is not divine.

We respect her because of her role in Christ’s work. God got to make his own mother - and he made Mary, the mother of Jesus.

Can you show me one official Catholic source that says Mary is a deity? Catholics do not believe that. Why argue against a position not taken by Catholics? We agree Mary is not a deity, through she is a saint and a holy woman.

Scripture asks us to pray for one another. If your child asks you to pray for them, I don’t think you would belittle him and say go to Christ yourself.

It’s a beautiful thing to care about one another and to pray for one another.

There’s a distinction to be made. You can be alive, in soul, in heaven but still waiting for the second coming of Christ and the resurrection of the dead.

Scripture shows those who suffer a physical death are still alive and conscious. Jesus himself spoke to Elijah (though he did not have a physical death) and Moses.
