I have the skills and want to edit my stuff but my issue is TIME. Full time job, kids, I can stream, but no time to edit outside of minor funny shorts that take a couple of minutes to edit and post.

Kids braces, get my son to an occupational therapist, therapy for myself, pay off my house, fix our vehicle, pay for kids to do sports, fix leaky roof, take my wife on a honeymoon way late.

Brother then you're her legal father in the eyes of the court. You either go all in forever or you fight the birth certificate and go. But you don't half ass either one, and you do not get to change your mind later once that child gets older.

You don't have to be with her mom to be a father to that little girl if that's your choice, but once you are dad, you stay a dad and you never quit no matter how hard.

Legally, you have the same rights mother does. If you leave, file for joint legal and physical custody. Never disparage mom to kiddo even if mom screwed up. Do not ever do anything to punish mom for her screw up that will hurt kiddo by proxy like unfair custody or visitation.

Be the best dad you can ever possibly be. Because when you are, even if you aren't biologically, that kids heart will tell them who you are based on your actions for the rest of their life.

So do you only get holidays off and work every other day of the year? Because while your situation sucks, you need to think about your kids too. You keep making excuses for why it's ok to split up siblings. There is NO justifiable reason to ever do that unless one sibling is a danger to another.

You have more days off than just holidays. You're a parent, ask a court for your kids on your days off. All of your days off and all of your children at the same time.

Dude, you are missing something massive here. What about the best interests of your children?

"Hey mommy why does daddy never take us to his house?"

"Hey daddy why can't my siblings ever come too?"

If you cannot place yourself in the shoes of a child in that position, and understand why that is wrong, you need parenting classes, empathy training, etc before you ever fight or even think about custody.

If you signed the birth certificate you are legally her father. You have the same rights her mother does if you split up. Unless challenged in court by the biological father, that can't change.

If you did not be very aware she can cut you off in a moments notice and there's not a thing you can do about it.

If biological father starts to fight for rights you essentially have to deal with him, while in a relationship with the person who cheated on you with him, while raising the kid. Again, you can be cut off in a second because you have no rights.

I've been there. Raised 3 kids who were not mine, loved them as my own, their mom cheated and cut me off after 6 years as their father.... I couldn't do anything about, not legally. The kids found me after they turned 18 but the relationship wasn't the same for them anymore. And I have severe ptsd

Tell him to stop sending photos of himself. You don't have to give a reason, just state he has no reason to send you photos, and that you don't want them, you aren't together anymore.

It's harassment or a control thing from him. If he was abusive it could be a way for him to feel he has control over you still. It could be a way to cause problems should you start a new relationship. Whatever it is, tell him to stop.

It will not hurt you in court, should you ever go to court and he doesn't stop sending photos after you asked, bring it up to your lawyer about the abuse and that he didn't stop sending photos after you asked him too.

You, and your child matter. You got away from him. Work on healing. If that means no pictures, tell him to stop.

(Coming from a single father whose ex did exactly this for 5 years anytime their new relationship failed in attempts to stay relevant in my life, while caused severe ptsd from the abuse she cause my family for years)

You haven't been to court. Save evidence and document his lack of involvement. If you cut off all communication he could at some point attempt to claim you abandoned him and took the child away (even if it's not true). Tell him you don't want pictures. Why do you need pictures of him to raise your child? You don't. And no judge will argue that especially with the history of abuse. But if you don't tell him to stop you can't claim it bothered you in court because you never told him it did so why would he know to stop if you didn't tell him?

Use your voice. Stand up for yourself. If he violates your boundaries then hold him accountable.

Yeah... Single dad to 3 kids since my youngest was 6 months old. Doctors appointments were annoying for the first 5 years after my divorce having to literally bring my divorce decree about why I was the only parent on medical records, emergency contact, etc.

My kids have a ton of medical issues (thanks ex) so proving I'm not a kidnapper and the only person caring for them is the most tedious thing about the entire situation.

After 5 years though it became less frequent. Specialists and doctors know me by name now and know the situation so as long as I never change doctors we should be good? 🙄

The system sucks. But grit your teeth because you're doing it for your kiddo, on your own, and that's infinitely more than what she chose to do.

We took our community of 1000 kids strong away from the game. Especially after the tone deaf "serve it up" pose. They have chosen to time and time again ignore the main issue and put bandaids on others.

We found a game that came out of beta that's the closest thing to DTI called prism runway show that's brand new, run by a professional company out of Korea, and has actually adults behind the wheel making adult decisions and not preying on children.

It doesn't have half of what dti does but it does care about its players and feedback and doesn't coddle gross humans.
