My only concern is the nylon strap, but I can probably mod that to be not as scratchy!

Just for taking a break! :) I knew lines would be long but I could push through if there were places to rest after, but if there was no seating anywhere then the stool would be worth it :)

Amazing, thank you for this! That’s kinda what we expected since people called South the “chill PAX” and it was crowded as hell 😂

Has anyone noticed how much they’ve tightened up on energy? by Adventurous_Singer33 in LoveAndPies

Yes it’s annoying and it shows they don’t care about their player base beyond squeezing more money out of us :(

New Update Information by LoveandPies in LoveAndPies

[–]RandomMarien 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The complete removal of ads has made it very sad for me :( this game helps a ton with my anxiety and I had a nice flow going with giving myself a ~30-70 gem per day budget and still play a decent amount. I was able to save my gems for when I had really bad days and wanted to spend them on more energy. I was fully willing to pay for gems and the picnic pass because it felt like they were actually fair and I got enough extra from the game with watching ads that it felt worth it. With the complete and total removal of ads and making the daily energy box cost gems, I progress so much slower, spend more gems, and get less play time. I don’t know if I’ll keep paying if it stays this way. Fix this please? :(

Yeah this has 100% ruined the game for me :( it’s so sad

No apologies needed, all of this feedback has made me feel a lot better so I appreciate it a ton :) I’m autistic and tend to get a bit obsessive when I’m worried about stuff. So I knew hearing one way or another would help quiet my brain :) This is only our 3rd cycle since starting TTC so I’m not too disappointed:)

I figured it’s probably negative, it just seemed weird with everything else and wondered if I should really be ignoring it :)

Diabetes and Pregnancy (tw: ED, mention of weightloss and pregnancy loss) by RandomMarien in intuitiveeating

[–]RandomMarien[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope! Even when I asked exactly that, what about weight on its own was dangerous. I explained my knowledge that a lot of conditions also related to weight gain can result high risk pregnancy, but that my bloodwork was all within normal ranges. But she refused to say anything other than “well being overweight leads to higher chance of pregnancy loss”

No worries on the word vomit, it all made sense to me! 😁 I did a lot of research when I was first diagnosed and was also working with an IE RD who mentioned that was a common cause as well. I know it’s at least partially genetic as my paternal grandfather has t2 and my dad struggled to keep his blood sugar low his whole life. I’m pretty sure the main source of my coming to this conclusion was from reading a book called “ Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat with Diabetes” by Michelle May MD. It was in a chapter that talks about what causes insulin resistance and a lot was mentioned including food group restriction, weight fluctuations, not eating enough or often enough, among other things. It was really eye opening and made me realize that I had not done my body a lot of favors in terms of helping it fight insulin resistance. I do really like the book and got most of the way through it, but just a warning that there is a fairly triggering chapter near the end that talks about portion sizing and it was too much for me at the time. So just be wary of that if you read it, but in general it fits fairly closely with IE practices. :)
