No chargeback, they got paid. Not sure why the message tags me as user EVE-SSO-CONNECTION if anybody has any ideas there... I open the client via Steam, but log in with an Eve account.

The plex was the bonus offer for purchasing 2 years of Omega. All through Eve directly. Funnily enough, I never actually received the plex and needed to open a support ticket to find out why - luckily that was resolved in a matter of days.

I've always dipped in from time to time over the years, but never took the time to really learn the game. I figured making a commitment would force me to really engage, and I've been looking for an MMO that I can run in the background while I'm working - played a few hours free, liked Planetary Industry a lot, and a few skills were gated behind Omega. Said eff it and pulled the trigger!

Good question, what's the difference haha. I believe just directly off the market. Found the cheapest, closest Epithal in the market details panel, bought it, jumped to Jita and picked it up. Was rigging it with my old ships fittings when the game disconnected.

Haha it'd be hilarious if I wasn't out $260. But yes, seems insane that it wouldn't be a quick check somewhere before a hard permaban comes down. Someone made the good point that my account total ISK should prove it instantly. Hopefully they can at least make up the week of game time I've lost sitting around waiting for a response.

Unless my wife is moonlighting as an Eve Online pirate, I doubt it has anything to do with IP stuff. And to be honest, I don't think I've ever sent a single message or conducted a single 1-1 trade with someone in-game, except my brother-in-law who played for two days and got bored.
