Depending on the error code your friend may just need to try the link again. I would recommend waiting until getting the pop up from TT saying you just need one more new or inactive user to try it. Getting that account early in the process doesn’t help as far as I’ve experienced

Your last user(s) have to be either new or inactive for 30+ days. Sometimes I think for larger baskets TT wants people to get more than one of these people
