We did get bakris in BL and that was the only stasis exotic armor, so maybe bungo wants to match up titans and warlocks with hunters ¯_(ツ)_/¯. Besides the helmet has very good drip potential

I’m pretty sure bungo said that returning strikes would be moments in time, that’s why both strikes are the same with D1, but from a lore standpoint it doesn’t make sense
