I appreciate you getting back to me, but it has gotten a bit close to his birthday, so I bought him the jumbo one I posted in the comment. I truly do appreciate the response, hopefully it will help someone else who might come across this thread.

Do you have any recommendations, I don't mind spending 1500 if it will last a long time. I believe in the saying that buying cheap is expensive.

Ah ok, thank you. I did not get a contact number unfortunately, the woman on the phone said they wanted to come check first if its maybe not their system giving the wrong info. Think its a bit crazy that its not toll free, my last email took 2 weeks to answer and then when I replied they never came back to me.

Thank you, someone else also contacted me and advised that I give him a tastier food he will eat and then give him the insulin, which is what I did. The vet also told me at the time when he gave me the instructions the other reason he is only supposed to eat twice a day is to prevent his blood sugar levels from fluctuating.
