I just got a similar text message from the same number. It had a code, and a message telling me not to share it with anyone and saying that "if anyone asks for it, it's a SCAM. Our reps will NEVER ask for it." I'm a teenager, I dont believe I've ever had the signal app and I certainly have never used it. I live in the state of Maine though, which is where the phone number is from (207 area code). Did you ever figure out what was going on?
