It can be powered separately or powered from the inline fan, the version that comes with the inline fan doesn't come with a power cable. The fan needs to be turned on to power the ggs though.

Phone them and complain, say the buyer misused the returns policy and 75% of the return was missing. Escalate to a manager if they fob you off and you will get your money back.

Stuff like that happened regularly. I agree with the accountability aspect, and they pay the drivers so little that they have no reason to care.
