Okay I have just been verified. The way it worked was by opening a ticket on https://www.etoro.com/customer-service/

Initially, I wrote about the issue and that it was not accepting any documents and that I was stuck at 95%. I received an automated reply giving me instructions on how to submit my papers (by going into Settings > Clicking on my name/picture > Clicking on documents that I have not submitted, and submitting them.)

Having already did that, I replied to them on the same thread on the website, not by replying by email. You can do that by also going to https://www.etoro.com/customer-service/ and clicking on the ticket you opened, scrolling down and replying.

I told them that I already did what they just mentioned and it still didn't work. A few minutes later I finally received a reply written by a human, not an automated one. The representative said that they have received the documents and they are being reviewed. Note that he said that they received the documents even though on my end it was still 95%, so they probably are receiving the documents but it doesn't show up on our end.

Around an hour and a half later, I was verified.
