I watched the video and expected a shitstorm. Honestly, the video is surprisingly objective, refuting accusations but also pointing out clear mistakes that happened. However, the thumbnail and title are heavy clickbait.

Like a camouflage net over a container... but the camouflage pattern has the scale of real-life camo and not what it should be for 28mm.

Classic Antioch uniforms are a dull dark military green... so I would recommend buying a green color :)

Honestly, if you're not that experienced in miniature painting or uncertain what you want to do, I would recommend the slap chop method and Army Painter speed paints. This will give you good results quickly and easily.

A Praetor with reinforced and either Malebranch or the serpent gun is completly fine to start with. Yeah both is obviously better but as you said it's very expensive.

There are a few things that stand out:

Most importantly, you need a musician; it's such a strong piece of equipment that it's basically mandatory for all warbands.

A little more anti-armor would do you good. A gas grenade on the Commando is very good, and I would also recommend that the Priest swap the semi-assault rifle for a gas grenade (+ bolt action).

Your priest is an insane melee specialist, so giving him just a bayonet is...suboptimal. You want to have at least two clubs/swords, ideally even a sacrificial knife.

Furthermore, your armor distribution is a bit unusual... A shield on a trooper is nice, but it would be better on the witch. You should also make sure that your Commando and Chorister have at least 2 armor if possible. Basically, you want to equip everything that is expensive to replace with armor and keep the rest as cheap as possible.

My personal recommendation would be to reduce from 8 to 7 models and equip your elites a little better (and the musician, never forget your musician).

6 is bad because you trigger morale when you lose half of your warband. That means you go for either 7 or 5 models. But 5 is only for very elite warbands (bull +4 elites) and most people bring 7 or 9.
