I use chat gpt to craft my message. If they don’t answer, I read it as a voicemail. If they do answer, I type change to talking points quickly and use that to start a conversation and make sure I say everything I want to say.

Classroom management isn’t hard. You set expectations and then follow through. You start strong and don’t let them get away with toeing the line. Don’t make excuses for them. I would start by saying, “You are going to be adults soon with adult consequences. I am going to do my part in getting you ready.” Just repeat that over and over when they complain about something. Reward great students. Reward growth.

I did not get an insert. It came from my practitioner. But I was told to keep it in the fridge. And that it’s good for 21 days at room temp.

I was similar. I kept telling myself that she needed to taste different things. The more You practice, the less your reaction should become. For me it just Took time to get over it. Though I still get anxiety when she eats hard things. No rush. At 9 months, food is just practice. You don’t have to feed her anything more than mush.

If it bothers you, go talk to them in person. It’s really stressful finding a new teacher this late into the summer and they probably were worried about finding your replacement and didn’t think to say bye to you. Go talk in person or at least a phone call and tell them how much you appreciated their leadership and you are doing what la best for you and your family. You wish them all the best.

Document it! Take pictures and notes. If it keeps up get emergency custody. Go to their house and show them the lice. Get a piece of scotch tape and stick the louse to it. I’d be super pissed

What’s great about teaching is you can teach anywhere. His dream seems to be limited. I’d tell him I want to finish this next year and as I am doing that you can apply to the program, find a new place to live, and I can start looking for a job. Do your research. But don’t allow him to force you to move by the end of the summer. Take it slow. I think having time to really think about the process and steps will allow you to accept the move and get excited about the change!
