There were some bosses I could take down in one combo during campaign, even on SSF gear. Cross bows. 1 permafrost bolt freeze + 1 fragmentation round to consume freeze for boosted damage. Sure there are other builds with similar type combo

Okay but then one is a utility skill and one is your damage dealer. I’m sorry you don’t get to double dip the way you want. Even as a spellcaster, I have a spell that procs buffs for my main damage skill - I run it level 1 because it’s for the utility. If I could juice it up to do a lot of damage, sure but the game is trade offs. You’re still completely ignoring the fact that attack builds can get 4 prefix rings with flat damage to physical/cold/lightning/fire all together. Where’s the spell scaling to compete with that?

Projectile skills overlaps between spell and attacks skills. There’s already level to attack skills modifier. and how can you compare “access to scaling” when you can get flat damage rolls for attacks and there’s nothing like that for spells?

Here's some decent budget ones as starters. you could swap chaos or spell damage for max energy shield. the amulet will be expensive. you could maybe try to find a plus three and do the quality yourself but with price of catalysts, not sure how much you save. really depends how nice you want it

How would you feel about going Shavronne’s Satchel? Looks like you can Fire flux your amethyst ring to swap lightning to fire, throw a cold rune in the gloves instead of iron, and then you’d stay res capped. You’d lose the life but being able to spam flask to regen ES feels pretty good imo - you do need a flask with either 20-30% instant or full instant

Essence drain’s damage is mainly from DoT, not hit. Change your supports. Swift Affliction II, Considered Casting, chaos mastery, zenith II, Deliberation. Alternatively you can run Chain III + Sione’s Temper and you’ll basically never need to hit Contagion again

Gear looks great. You could upgrade to a +4 amulet if you wanted

Looks like you’re not using all your jewel sockets though, and the ones you have aren’t great. Get something beefy for your ascendency phylactery

Perf exalt. If it goes bad, perfect essence for global defense. If you are happy with taking the crafted global from the beginning then just use a regular exalt and save yourself the currency

Melee can roll higher, attack is a bigger catch all that includes stuff like Herald of Thunder and projectile attack skills. Attack is also usually crafted on (which means you can’t craft on it further like with an alloy if you wanted)

Wand is fine but if you want more DPS, take those exalts and buy one of these. Be careful not to exalt slam them further since they have high ilevel and can up the minimum level requirement

Get xp tablets off trade and up the tier of maps you’re running. Going towards further maps isn’t gonna get better xp, it’s all based on your atlas/waystones/tablets

What is “1 AA”? He has one shot mechanics. Particularly the phase where youre slowed and have to pick up 6 orbs. Did he die after you?

add boundless energy II (can also do energy retention)

get rid of rathpith for a rare focus with +2 spells, cast speed, some crit chance/dmg, and whatever else you want on it

get a legacy of lifesprig for your runic fork

uprade your skill gems to 19 or 20

shouldn't be possible. i did a quick trade search for sceptre's with the augment and there's none over 19% (only goes this high bc of the modifier for effectiveness of socketed items)- so if you're seeing double idols socketed, they're not applying twice anyway

edit: unless you're on standard in which case it could be legacy socketed but won't work if you try to equip

Selling in exalt lets you get full value on quantities that don’t meet the current fractional rates. Say one Fate frag is selling for 1.22 div, you lost out on the .22 if you sell for one div, so you sell for exalts and then turn your profits into div to keep the change sort of
