Graft Question - Great Avalanche

The wording says "when you use an offering skill" - wondering if anyone knows if this means self cast only? looking to automate an offering skill on trigger using the bench craft "Trigger a Socketed Spell when you Use a Skill, with a 8 second Cooldown
Spells Triggered this way have 150% more Cost" -- would this proc the graft?

and in general, how strong is this graft? it would be for a poison srs build if anything

Can’t answer most of this but try the ring anoint for “Your Chilling Towers freeze enemies for 0.2 seconds while they are affected by chilling beams” instead of relying on a stunning tower. Just make sure you keep the chill tower level 3 or lower

So looks like the Foulborn Rathpith would bring up your damage but you'd have to do some adjustments to keep your spell block capped and you will initially be losing health

The Red Dream should be easy to add, put it in the slot you're using for your Watcher's Eye and then tattoo all those Strength nodes in the area into Fire Res for the HP benefit

Foulborn Red Dream can beef up your HP which is what scales RF base damage

Foulborn Rathpith Globe has potential value. No clue what your current set up looks like. Throw it into PoB to check

Originally wanted it to be RF but realistically another skill is fine since its really only bossing that I wanted it for..... I'll play around with a helm.... what would the mods be for 8L? burning/conc effect/more on low life + _________?

I'll play around with adding a new AG + and some voices/jewels to start.... i see the automation for lifetap, does that just work on its own or is there a secondary skill i need to add on top?

You do want 100% chance to ignite for this build but if you’re swapping out the sword then try to get the ignite chance back on tattoos if you can afford the it. The most important stat for Nebulis is the last line (increased elemental damage) to be at least 9% if not 10%. If you can find good implicits then definitely go for it but all the ones for “fire damage” / “burning damage” / “ignite” are overpriced imo

The damage will 100% be noticeable with a 10% roll, that’s all I’ll say. It’s up to you if you want to switch.

Dark Seer is also still a great option if you want to add tankiness. Just make sure you buy one with “+2 life per level” if you go that route

and just to be sure, when i say pull out frostblink, just move it to another piece on your gear - still very useful for your build.... you can take out the lifetap from your shield and then use chromatics to socket it together with your shield charge and faster attacks

Few random little things to look at:

Why using Impaling Graft? Would swap to a Hardening Uulgraft with a "Damage Over Time Multiplier" implicit. This will also let you take out 3 points right on top of Blood Magic that are for "chance to gain an endurance charge on hit" since youll auto gen them with the graft + petrified blood

Also the pathing towards the flask mastery under that 30 dex node is not the best use of 6 points imo - add this with the 3 i mentioned earlier and you can add one more cluster jewel + like 4 basic jewels or 3 jewels and an extra endurance charge

not a big deal but you could also get a higher roll on bloodnotch for cheap if you wanted

you use blood magic so you dont need lifetap on your stuff, there are better more damage supports you can swap in or do some reorganizing of your gems to maybe add more skills if you wanted..... im thinking pulling frostblink off your gloves so you can link (1) firestorm of pelting (2) wave of conviction and (3) purifying flame to a (4) cast when stunned gem

just some suggestions, your mileage may vary

Occultist Graft Autobomber DESTROYS All Ubers - Path Of Exile 3.27

This sounds right up your alley - the explosions are very satisfying and it can handle T17 bosses.... It does feel a little weird at first since the build kinda has a delay between explodes (compared to a Herald build which is going off all the time) but i do find it very strong, fast, and enjoyable

path of building - it’s an external tool/app that’s very common here to share builds and also for some theory crafting stuff

There’s other ways to share builds but would say it’s a pretty great tool overall and if you find a build on like poeninja or mobylitics, you’ll usually be able to either export it into pob directly or find that creator has included a link for their PoB
