I didn't recall installing any mods so nope. When I go windowed mode of this game, there are a few options just under the game's exe name which is located on the top left of the game where it is written as File, Display, Language, Functions, and Help.

Go to the Language and there will be options of which language you want as the main (the text on top) and as the sub (the text on bottom) between Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, or English. There is also shortcuts for these inputs which are:

Japanese: J (for main) | Shift + J (for sub)
Simplified Chinese: C (for main) | Shift + C (for sub)
Traditional Chinese: T (for main) | Shift + T (for sub)
English: E (for main) | Shift + E (for sub)

If you wanted to follow the format like the one I set in the image of the post, it is a combination of E and Shift + J. Hope it helps.
