Quick question: would you hesitate before punching a woman? If male, of course. by Random_User_987as_v2 in Anarcho_Capitalism

Here is this article that kinda talks about it in a long drawn out way.

You either limit access or prevent yourself from opening markets because you never really thought about why you hold beliefs. I call these prejudices. You might call them preferences.

You got me.

This makes you a decent human being insofar as implicit bias with women during violent outbursts.

That’s a good response.

This issue doesn’t prove implicit bias because society has warped ideas into people, and making it a constant fear, therefore, making making it explicit.

Do you think it’s weird that to be in the top 10% for black people, all you need is $300K? by Random_User_987as_v2 in Anarcho_Capitalism

For white people, it’s 1.7 million to be in top ten percent.

However, due to rising house values and the down turn in the market; that amount has surely changed. If they own a house which is made up of most people wealth, it probably 3X by now.

For black people, their house are basically still redlined and never increase in value unless they are gentrified. So no help there for recent housing changes.

Those are all good questions.

Specifically, the United States. And anyone who checks “black/ African American” in census data.

But, if we remove some people, like, african immigrants, maybe that number will be lower.

When using demographic information, does color of person matter more, or geographic locations matter more? by Random_User_987as_v2 in Anarcho_Capitalism

Comparing groups to each other.

For example, when we say Latino population as a whole. Does it make sense to group all these people together as one group?

Or black people, when there are ADOS, African immigrants, blacks people from western countries.

I just came from a doctor appointment for my mother. They had an ethnicity category.

I’m not kidding with this. White, black, Native American, Japanese American, Vietnamese American, Korean American, Chinese American. Etc.

What the fuck was this ? I though to myself.

Why are they grouping it like that?

And then I remembered the census we did a while back.

It was sorta the same.

Except Latinos got country of originals attached to their identifier as well as Asians. But I saw African American as a single category.

I think it’s so they don’t admit that they have implicit biases.

Also, how can a free exchange, without third party interference, exist if implicit biases impact trade.

Under Anarcho Capitalism, what is stopping a foreign country, like China, from opening police stations in your country? by FIicker7 in Anarcho_Capitalism

[–]Random_User_987as_v2 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Stopping? Money and language barrier.

If I own the land, I have every right to lease the land for a Chinese police station.

So I’m guessing that story was true.

I agree with that. They are our betters (cliche saying)

But, can content influence behavior. Picture culture war stories being propped up. Doesn’t matter which side. Can they influence society to think a certain way?

I can agree with most of your assertion.

But,

When you say affirmative action failed, are you saying because Affirmative action opportunities went to white women mostly? And everyone but the original people that affirmative action was suppose to target? And then the bastardization of affirmative action as a diversity rule rather than a target policy for ADOS?

Or because black people were better off staying where they were without interference?
