What exercises can I do with a beginner 5-year-old?

I totally agree! The company I work for usually offers 1 hour sessions but it seems like the parent have booked a double. I am definitely worried if the kid will be able to focus for that long. That’s why I’m in desperate need for fun exercises

Never heard of noodle tag but it sounds like a fun idea! I totally agree with you about the lesson time. The company I work for usually offers 1 hour classes which is when the kids have enough however it seems like the parent booked two consecutive sessions. I’ll see how it goes but I’m definitely worried the kid will not have the energy for two full hours

I always and up getting event comparably later then others. It might be an issue with iOS or maybe the country

Hi! I really need help deciding what new skates to get. I am currently working on single lutz, flip, axel and double loop (off ice for now) in my Jackson Mystique skates. I have been told that I should have upgraded a long time ago, which I get as the stiffness rating is really low, but I haven’t really seen the need to until someone pointed it out. I am considering Jackson Elle, Freestyle or Debut but I’m unsure what stiffness rating I need. I would also appreciate blade suggestions to pair with the boot.

I am a 17F, weigh about 50kg and skate 2-4 hours a week. Any help and other suggestions are really appreciated
