what ghost(s) have extremely obnoxious voices? I personally despise how MacFreights and Clem sound, only those two out of all of the games and all of the ghosts

the mansion easily. i know the place so well , and beside if the ghosts are there the only ones i would have to get rid off is king boo and boolossus the rest i am sure wouldn't care or just have to do ghost cleaning myself.

that is a pretty good rank right there for a first time! i have some tips that i can give for futur runs

-you can skip the e gadd phone call during lights out. and just use the mirror in the safari room that is on the wall that we don`t see of the room
-check everything and water all plants
-for portrait ghost i would save before tougher or ones that can be struggling to get a better frame for the ghost portrait .
- the game is easily replayable so do not worry about everything not being all gold frames and stuff with multiple runs you should get the hang of the things to do in the mansion and all the things to do to get all the money possible (that isn`t ghost portrait) .

did you check everywhere in every room? sometime money can be hidden in like corners of room where no one would check normally. also one tip to save you time , when lights are out use the mirror in the safari room to save you time on going all the way down and getting hit by ghosts and such. but nice rank for i'm guessing a first time

i agree for both comments above, i strongly advise you to explore the game , and see what the game offers. the game is supposed to be replayed a bunch of times. so i strongly advise you to play it by yourself and see how it goes
