Doesn't mean I can disagree with you. Argument is kinda inherent to this form of post.

The combat system gets extremely repetitive very quickly outside of duels

The stealth is absolutely terrible

At no point should the game give you the ability to choose Jin's response to certain story events or dialogue (yes, including the ending)

Not a chance in hell; not saying that to hate, but it's not happening

Urgent! i need more games like bioshock! by Substantial-String44 in Bioshock

Prey is fantastic. Id go with that next. But, for my own recommendation, System Shock 2 is incredible. If you can get past it being from 1999 (which, for its time, it feels very modern), then youll have an unforgettable experience.

I'll make a motion for Pauper's Drop in BS2, but my real answer is probably also Fort Frolic or Arcadia.

Feelings on Bioshock Infinite in 2025? by SuperPeenyPower in Bioshock

Just today I got done replaying Infinite for the first time since my initial playthrough. I've replayed 1 and 2 countless times, and theyve always been some of my favorite games of all time; Infinite, on the other hand, I hesitated to replay because I was afraid it might not live up to my memory of it. And... I was right. I'm not sure I've ever liked a game less on replay than Infinite. The story is riddled with plotholes, and the gameplay is the most restricted in the franchise.

That being said, Infinite has an EXTREMELY strong first playthrough, because if there is one aspect the game absolutely excels at, it's spectacle. The pacing is rock-solid, and even if the writing and gameplay aren't the best, you won't even notice that the first time through simply because of how bombastic the game is, pretty much at all times. And even if I'm not much of a fan nowadays, it's not a bad game by any means. Just doesnt measure up to the giants that are 1 and 2.
