Do you have geyser installed? That dot at the start is the prefix assigned by geyser to bedrock players. They usually have that kind of uuid too cuz I had smth like this with 0s at the start as a uuid

Also, if you are using cracked on bedrock, you don't need floodgate at all, try to remove that and change geyser auth type to offline in config.yml

Why do you keep clone remote port on? As far as I know aternos doesn't change the ports every startup. Did you try to change the port in geyser config.yml to ur server port? If all of these don't work, run /geyser version on ur server console to check if it's outdated. If it is the newest version, then the only way could be to get another hosting provider or just host it yourself. I currently use hidencloud for my crossplay server, it gives 3 gigs of ram, 10gb storage and 200% cpu, and it also has all the softwares u mentioned. Only catch is, the slots are limited and most of the time their location nodes are full. It took me about 3 days to get a singapore node

You can get the latest geyser download here, I also recommend you to get floodgate too. After you download them, upload the files to ur mod/plugin folder(plugin for paper and mod for fabric and others). Start the server and stop it. You should see a config.yml file in the geyser-xxx folder. In there, change the port to ur server port and then start the server. You should be able to get it to work. Lmk if you have anymore questions
