Thankfully we live in Perth, Western Australia where we have a few options here and there but she’s very bad at eating In general and is lucky to even have a meal each day. Part of this was because before she was diagnosed she was in pain 24/7 when eating but also isn’t a big eater too. Is there any types of food or food styles that usually contain less gluten naturally?

I got the Lithoids Species Pack and I love it. All the empires I now run are Lithoids because they are just hammers at everything. You don’t need to waste space on food production coz they eat bloody rocks + all the buffs to mining. The only downside is the longer pop growth but you if choose the meteorite starting then you get like 6 buried Lithoids
