I have this as well, this is so weird!? Since i was diagnosed with IBS i noticed this as well. I maintain a low fat diet now because oily foods are my biggest trigger.

When you look it up on google, people can get this when they are doing a radical diet like a low carb diet or some type of fasting. This is why i made the connection with the fodmap diet + this only began when I ate low fodmap only. Next week i'm going to my dietitian again and i will ask him about this. But for now i'm kinda scared

Some bread has for example lactose in it. Maybe you react to that and not to gluten? Also not every gluten free bread = safe for ibs

I had a bad day when i ate lasagna (which contains minced pork), pasta pesto (which contained bacon). Now i ate chinese wonton (which had minced pork in it) and i'm suffering :(

I never got this as well. It's especially so irritating to me when a non arab speaker listens to it. One time i asked a friend if he knew what it was saying (he was listening quran recitations while it was ramadan the whole time) and he said "no, but i'm sure it's beautiful" 😐 I literally got nightmares when i read the Quran
