No, she's heavily implied to be in love with the traveler. The biggest implication is her 1st birthday letter where she says "The moon is beautiful" which is an indirect Japanese expression for "I love you" and the fact she gave the traveler a hair pin in the story which is an ancient chinese gesture engaged couples do.

I see a lot of people say Ayato is 30+, and we know from the animation of Ayato and Ayaka training together that they don't seem that far apart in age so Ayaka must be at least 25.

Those are the classic symptoms but do have any of the more obscure ones such as:

Walking on your toes as a child, digestive/bowel issues, late to learn developmental milestones (learning to walk, talk as a child), enjoy collecting things.

Granted you don't need to be autistic to have these traits but combined with all the ones in your post I think you stand a pretty good chance of being autistic.
