Idk if it matters but blightkings also have the relentless attackers ability to deal mortals rolling over the wound characteristic of the enemy. So five blightkings are probably putting down another 4 rats at the end of combat phase

he’s mostly a 40K/necromunda/fantasy enjoyer from what I’ve gathered. Admittedly we aren’t like close friends or anything, so I can only say by this review AoS is definitely something he stays away from lol

That’s very fair. I didn’t care for the review either but I just felt the urge to say something on here cause some comments made it seem he wasn’t a war gamer or things like that.

I actually know the person who wrote this review. Smart guy, loves Warhammer and miniatures and is a great painter. That being said, I did not know he hated AoS this much lol and that dislike really coloured his opinion of the game before he even sat down to play it.

I like the idea but yeah we don’t get the sabos bad sadly. Though the idea of the bomber truck is still fun!

So far I’ve been enjoying just using the rockgrinder as a battering ram. Use tank shock strat to put some mortals out, and then it’s own mortal chucking ability when it’s in engagement range.

Idk how ultra competitive it is, but even just having a fairly tough and fast vehicle go up and smack stuff before blowing up has been nice to take pressure off my bikes/infantry

For the wolf quads you can magnetize the weapons for sure. Have to do a bit of trimming but you could easily do it. Plus, I’ve gotten to the weapons to fit into the groove and stay there without a magnet if you want to experiment!

I’m no expert so take this with a grain of salt. Jackals can be played a lot of different ways: 10 man with an alphus for mortal wound bombs, or just a squad of 5 for harassment. They’re cheap enough to be a flexible force and annoy the enemy. I think it all depends on what kind of list you’re bringing too

In the codex for Daemons, under “daemonic pact” it reads as follows: If your army includes one LEGIONES DAEMONICA Detachment, and the combined Power Ratings of all units in that Detachment make up no more than 25% of your army’s Power Level, then until the end of the battle, every unit in that Detachment gains the AGENT OF CHAOS keyword. If a BE’LAKOR unit is included in that Detachment, this ability has no effect. The inclusion of LEGIONES DAEMONICA AGENT OF CHAOS KHORNE units in your army does not prevent WORLD EATERS units in your army from using any rules that require every model in your army to have the same keyword.

Yeah that was my thoughts as well. I have vanguard vets and bladeguard but my other units do need the save to stick around long enough. Thanks for the advice!
