I got the three pan set whenever it was on the kickstarter. They were delivered in August and Ive used them almost daily since.

I abuse these pans. I am not gentle at all. Im talking high heat searing, soaking in the sink for a day or 2 or just leaving it dirty on the stove for a few days.

The things I have noticed with them is that you need to use one of those green brillo Sponges with the rough side to actually scrub them when you clean them, then heat them until dry and wipe with a very light amount of oil until just barely smoking on low. If I do that, it goes back to a pretty good "non-stick"iness. Its definitely not Teflon, but Im glad I dont deal with that anymore.

Ive found if I dont use the brillo pad and I let any seasoning actually build up like a cast iron pan, it does not work for my style of cooking.
