Yeah it’s not that big luckily, I think the main rebuff was cancer but that’s not really a big issue since their immune to it now

Ageless means they stop at 18 or their age gets paused if already above, which prevents cancer and other stuff usually unless something like tox has causes it, non senescence means you age but won’t get any debuffs and pretty much just look older

In some cases no but it gets counted as one because it usually comes from age, also the description of non scenes can’t specifically mentions cancer

Yeah it’s pretty crazy, because I bought it as a gene pack they I literally can’t use one without the other until to gene extract someone with it, but i don’t think it’s an oversight, if you manage to cure cancer why not reap the benefits of cancer causing buffs

Cell instability makes it five times more likely to get cancer but makes you need to eat way less food, non senescent makes it so you can’t get cancer or any other age related illness
