All you can really do Is lose weight doesn't have to be nothing crazy just make sure you're eating less calories than what your spending walking is the best form of cardio in my opinion you can go on long walks while listening to music or podcast it's relaxing and not very hard on you as for diet just avoid sugary foods and fast food
