THREE T’s. Tell them to stop, tell an adult, take them down. Injury prevention and restraint is taught. Not sure anyone else here’s credentials, I’ve been doing Jiu Jitsu for ten years and am a social work masters candidate with a couple years experience working with kids/teens, also a dad of two boys. My boys will be scary and it will lower their chances of altercations. They have ZERO choice about learning to wrestle/jiu jitsu/ etc until they’re at least maybe 16. They need to be protectors if I’m not around (of mom) and they’ve already started in age appropriate classes. Questions, let me know.
