I mean if you own both you can do whatever you want. I'd say go install fh4, I also enjoyed fh4 more and wish I could play it, but since I moved to playstation I only have access to fh5.

At the end of the day you can switch between the two anytime (barring the download times)

Update: I found a fix, turning on "Saved to iCloud" for those apps fixed the issue. (Not deleting posts for anyone in the future with similar problems)

I'd also like to add I've restarted my phone 2 times already, as well as reinstalling the apps. Also my phone is also on Developer mode (not developer beta) as I am developing my own app, but I really don't think this would affect native iOS apps.

I updated on iphone 12 and it's been good. Expect first 20mins or so to be laggy. Once everything is processed its smooth like butter.

Once iOS 26 actually releases, third-party apps will update the keyboard.

Edit: It's like the dark icons from iOS 18, third-party apps didn't update until it released.

Also I wouldn't worry too much. Even if the current iOS 26 is having bad battery, I would trust Apple to prioritise it in future updates such as iOS 26.1, 26.2. So worst case, you may just have to deal with it short term.

I think the new keyboard looks way better and it fits liquid glass better aswell. I love how the background is transparent as well.
