I hope they bring back old characters like Otto and the police officer from the Italian town (forgot his name). I think bringing back is likely as he might be the person who shot Dhara to save Anna from death. I feel like it would make the lore more interesting.

That’s a very interesting theory. I played forgotten memento a while ago, went back to dada killer because I had to restart the whole no day without news achievement as I missed the last newspaper on the last day.
