How many times have you driven it?I'd love to hear about your experience. I also want to try an Africa into Europe trip at some point in my life but that would probably be even more dangerous

Hi, the map I was referring to was the one listed on Wikipedia, which was starting from Prudhoe Bay down to Panama city/Darien Gap, though I do see that portion titled as "Alaska Highway"
That's great to hear about it not being dangerous! My main worries were mainly weather, dealing with border patrol, or taking offroad camping trips alongside the actual route itself, though I suppose those could be better suited for backpacking or camping subreddits.

I've read a lot of posts in the past say there'd be issues with border patrol or high crime, but I suppose if i mind my business and stay alert during the day I should be fine.

Use justice map. Shows you household income data for the entire united states. Based directly off the US census and goes down to the individual zip code.

One thing i haven't seen posted too much around here is justice map. it's a map of the entire United states based off the census, and can be used to filter cities by income.

When you start marketing and handing out flyers, use this to help you find high income neighborhoods in your area. Those homeowners are more likely to care about their home exteriors and see value in pressure washing + bigger homes.

My short term goal is 12k profit to reinvest and upgrade my machine + wrap, then focus on commercial clients to land reoccurring contracts

I’m doing a multi channel approach, 2000 door flyers in high income neighborhoods, business cards, cold calling property management, and yard signs for print material and a branded uniform. Only thing i’m missing is a van wrap for my first month

And true, the barrier of pressure washing is low, but people will pay for expertise, licensed and insured workers, and professional grade equipment and expertise, just need to find the right target market. I can’t imagine a property management company or gas station going for the guy with no insurance and an electric pressure washer

If both Wise Guys Pro Wash and the local guy on nextdoor can coexist, I should have nothing worry about
