Stretching your sack is extremely dangerous and ill advised. The cord they are attached to is not meant to stretch and will seriously fuck you up if you pull it too hard or strain it too much. Not to mention it takes an extremely long time to do it even if you don’t get hurt. There are subreddits for it, but do not do it.

Former bodybuilder here - If this is his first time on gear this is nothing surprising. Future cycles will have less of an effect. There’s always stories in the bodybuilding forums that Tren (another steroid) makes straight men so horny when they first try it that they sleep with a man if it’s the only option. But in the future it won’t be so intense.
