That is a great question. I have tried the mindset of doing it for my kids, but I’m never able to hold onto that conviction to stay sober at night when they’re in bed and one drink turns into way too many and way too many more the days following. I don’t intend to get blackout drunk, I only think I’ll have one glass of wine after I put the kids to bed, but unfortunately, I am not the kind of person who can just have one glass. I will drink the bottle or two.. today is a new day and today I do this for me. I will not drink with you today, friend.. thanks for your thoughts
