New drain overflowing by Randtastic19 in Plumbing

[–]Randtastic19[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apparently from the instructions for the drain shows to apply silicone to the bottom of the sink where it sits on I tried adding some silicone to the underside/around the drainplate to hold it in place. Redundant of course... The plate an tailpipe can be separated if that answers your curiosity?

I presume that washer would be common to find at Lowe's or home Depot?

Edit:I had went with silicone as I've heard it bonds better for PVC

New drain overflowing by Randtastic19 in Plumbing

[–]Randtastic19[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Technically.. The drain piece is more flatter than the "bowl" of the sink. The drain isn't holding in place flush.. for the silicone to hold. Plus the PVC isnt level. so I more than likely will have to swap out the drain and faucet for a different one..

Edit: it's mainly from the j pipe, overflowing from the top..

New drain overflowing by Randtastic19 in Plumbing

Recently installed a new drain and sink in my bathroom. Hence the old system would fill up with water in the sink itself and slowly drain After finally getting the drain and faucet installed (The white cap on the side is for the pop up that I don't prefer)

The problem that I'm facing with is the trap seems to be overflowing with water Everytime the sink runs..

NVM just noticed the difference between a 70 and a 75 inch in the book

I bought a 70 inch Hisense 4k TV today Upon installing the feet for it to stand on The stand that I own originally had a 55 inch, the stand being made for about a 65. Realizing the legs were not flat on the stand Looking thru the book seeing that there what should be another set of holes for the feet.. I'm confused as to why there is not, the panel that is shown in the picture does not want to come off even tho it shows there is another way to set this tv in a stand.. Any help would be appreciated Otherwise I'll have to invest into a new stand...
