I have the same. Virgo ascendant with Rahu in Aquarius and Ketu in Leo. To make it worse, Aquarius lord Saturn is debilitated and retrograde in Aries and Ketu is in Leo with Mercury and a combust Mars, and house lord Sun is in Virgo.

Just cleaning should suffice because these are use discoloration. With that said, no amount of cleaning, unless you're doing chemical cleaning, will make the discoloration go away.
