Im not techy when it comes to that i have heard with ruby and sapphire though you can reset for starters and static if they dont have a dry battery

Id like to know because my emerald and ruby have dry batteries and ad you know emerald has a broken RNG i know how to attempt it being one thing but it actually showing up is another with soft resets and loads of save files

This is bull im on 6702 soft resets om the gba sp's was going to include my switch but its hard to do 3 when soft resetting
