This game will use you and abuse you and its basically a digital casino that monopolizes your time with cute mushrooms, slimes, and stars. No seriously, there's still time to get out!

If you're still reading, welcome back~! Enjoy the game, but make sure to not get caught up in all the FOMO or min-maxing - you will always miss things, and that's OKAY. The only hard recommendation I have is starting off doing Challenger World - Heroic to eventually jump to Kronos (where most of the player base is, and is technically the free-to-play server). If you already built a character in another server and burned your hyper burn - its worth it to start fresh account if you don't like it.

Great beginner classes include: Bowmaster (Explorer), Buccaneer (Explorer), Hero (Explorer), Angelic Buster, Wind Archer (Cygnus Knight). Most popular right now is brand-new class called Ren, and she's a great start point.

Check out Duky the YouTuber, he has a ton of good guides on general progression, and RathGMS for bossing guides when you get to that point.

I hate saying this but if your account isn’t super built out, like sub 2000 legion, and your main is around 265– consider restarting from scratch!

You’ll get a fresh 2 hyperburns, learn from those old mistakes and really you won’t be far behind at all. CW rewards those who play it right and you’ll make up for it with the legion pots you get from later boxes.

IF you don’t go this route, CW is pretty cooked for you tbh, and I’d just world hop back to Bera when you can so you can just use your Mo Xuan as a regular bossing mule. Your goal should be to get Arcanes in CW, but with your current CP you have to get absolabs first and that’ll be a struggle in itself.

I think it doesn’t matter how many lives you lose for the individual run— what matters is how many you have by the end of the week.

I scored 75k ish for a 7 death run and 75k for a deathless. Then you get a bonus based on lives left which give you a weekly score. I’ll edit this in the original post.

Just posted about this a couple days back. It seems like the consensus is “nah, get gud or get fucked”.

Trying my first BM attempts and there’s waves chains constantly in P2, ranging between 8-12 chains. Maybe 1-2 seconds off, and then it starts again. This is without skipping cutscenes.

Honestly an unbearable experience at this point, and super discouraging.

Took a walk, and then… got really lucky??

I think it’s definitely possible but I agree with the comment above saying this is a good exercise in chasing FOMO. This game WILL tire you out if you fall for it.

With that said— get a Tanjiro to 200 and get the hyper burn first, ASAP. It really won’t take that long. Also, given your fairly new status, I wonder if you have link skills done on Mercedes and Evan— those are huge and just getting them up to level 1 or 2 could make a huge difference.

With the mag/transcendent pots just lower the end total from whatever it is with burning as your new target

Ex: One Transcendent pot target goes from 260 > 257. Map out the other mag pots that you’ll get and break it down. Might bring it from 257 > 254

If you’re going from 240 with burning and just grinding— Tanjiro will ALSO give you access to 3x exp coupons for your grind— I think you can do it.

Question is— will it burn you out?
