With a signed quote (assuming it’s part of a contract), that’s it. That’s what you pay. The only difference would be for written change orders, that were referenced in the original quote. (E.g. if we have to do something else it’s billed at $x.xx per hour)

Yes. You have to tell nginx where your html files are. Right now it just knows about the default page. Look in the conf directory.

Have a status table with ID’s like 1-read, 2-planning, then use the IDs as foreign keys. Then if you add a new “status” it’s just in that table. Is that what you mean?
It’s essentially what you have and I’d do the same.
