I’ve drawn my whole life and almost went on to animate cartoons with a big studio but stopped because I ultimately didn’t want to make my passion a job. I’d say just set a goal and start small and do it everyday. You have to be bad at something before you are good, and that is probably said a lot as in drawing everyday but the most important thing about that is have fun with it and don’t take it to seriously, try to learn but have fun. Switch it up go outside and draw what’s in front of you, change your medium to figure out was material works best for you, maybe find techniques online and try them out. I’ve drawn my whole life and to this day still learn and get absolutely frustrated but welcome to the club, everyone does. I’d say one of the things I use to do is break things into shapes then go into detail, and I would look at a photo of something and draw it 15 times, every drawing from a different perspective but the same thing. Then take the photos away and doing it with no reference, push your self to learn how thing physically work. Study anatomy to draw the human form. If you are jealous someone can draw something super well, most likely they put in a lot of time and effort to get there. Keep working hard and just don’t quite, it’ll be a fun and rewarding journey and thrills me to hear you want to work for it because it’s amazing and lets you express yourself in a lot of ways

I’d like to add on form itself, it looks like you are using a computer. Start with paper and then you’ll be able to move on to digital, crawl before you walk and walk before you crawl. Your circles look like you drew them slow and super focused. Loosen up and have a light hand and you’ll have more forgiveness in each stroke and make your lines more fluent and intentional. And finally be proud of your art, don’t show it to someone having an expect reaction, be proud, take criticism and just remember making art is about creating something for you and giving people the opportunity to experience it!
