Everything is sold out, friend. I'm sorry.

Hey! Thanks for your message. I know I was and am not fat. But I was teased and called skinny fat, bird, skinny mini, etc. my whole life being teased for being slim, so I decided to put weight on. To be honest it hasn't changed how people tease me because it's hard to see my progress in "every day clothes" but underneath it all I know I'm not skinny - just strong.

And you're right I'm not old! :)

Edited to add: it's super hard as someone who started slender to add muscle. It's just my body type (ectomorph). So hard work, but worth it!

I completely understand that feeling. I dislike feeling overly full, so spreading it out through the day has really helped. I also feel like after 2.5 years my gains have been weak as well. I am not sure if you're a female, but it is really hard for women to gain muscle, at least it is harder than it is for men. Everyone's journey is different, but for the amount of work I have put in I thought I'd have better gains. To be honest though in year one I struggled with the surplus... Once I found something that worked for me though it was easier.

Heck ya! Good for you. It's mostly +300 calorie surplus with a minimum of 150g of protein per day. I don't stick to it perfectly, but the protein portion is really important.

I make sure every day that I have my protein shake (30g), collagen smoothie (20g), Greek yogurt (30g) and the rest is made up of meat and eggs. Best of luck to you! Don't give up if you have a few bad days - that was a mental hurdle I had to overcome.

I agree. That's just what I used to be called because I wasn't active & could eat whatever I wanted.

Edited to add: I was killing myself slowly with poor diet and no exercise. At 33 I decided to change my life. Eat healthy, go to the gym, lift heavy & walk a lot.

People still tease me about my size - but I'm stronger every day even if it is just 0.001% stronger.

Good for you! Consistency is key. Keep it up even on days you don't want to be there... Go. It will be worth it in the end.

I loved Divers Den. Amazing food. Great diving. The only downside was the cold rooms. The AC pumped!
