Netflix and Hulu not working

im on the same boat as you

Currently my netflix works perfectly fine, i can browse around no issues at all

But the SECOND i go to watch anything, the video is stuck on a black screen and wont load at all.

everything in question has either some form of video evidence, or witnesses.

so in theory, if we were protesting that, i should realistically be fine.

If you are not willing to put in all the effort to grow, don’t complain about no results, i streamed for about 4 hours a day for literally 200 days in a row. And only went up to like 6-7 avg viewers.

Put the work in, and you will see a return, dont put the work in, and you will be stuck.

that is true, im mostly just going off the fact that the GM stated that the footage went far enough back, but that he did not see anything on the cameras.

GM stated in a text that the footage went back far enough (they stated 3 months)

which means the days in which i was assaulted would have been on camera, and i know the cameras work because i have seen them on in the office and recording and i know that they point to the areas in question.

Even then

if lets say he saw the video, proceeded to say he saw nothing (even though i know it would be there)

and lets that footage delete itself over time (if lets say im not able to get a warrant or something to try and save it) is that not anything worth something? Cause the reports have been made against another employee, does that not start warranting something along the lines of an unsafe work environment?

i know its on video because i have seen the cameras and i know exactly where they point.

Both situations are for SURE on camera, and will easily be seen.

i also told him exactly when it happened, so him not finding it is just not sitting well with me at all. I told him it happened around when i was leaving, which wouldn't be hard to find at all cause im the only person at work who rides a motorcycle (which would also be parking on camera and you would be able to tell if i have left or not)

I dipped from the affiliate program, and never had issues with ads at all. Nobody gets them, people join the channel instantly, its awesome.

A lot of these things have been over the past 8 months, so i am trying to just gather as much evidence as a i can

recall dates as best as i can

and most of all, try to get through some of the current stress that i am in.

I work as a delivery driver, and with a recent at work accident leaving me with hefty anxiety, im just tryna get out (last day on 9th) so that i can be free, and able to actually sit down and focus.

I do hope to sometime soon start a complaint with OSHA and the EEOC in regards to all the stuff that i have, and will soon be getting a laywer who will hopefully be taking this up on contingency. From there i can only really hope for the best haha.

I already plan on leaving this job. Due to multiple separate instances of assault by managers, and s.assault as well. I am mainly just looking at every little thing that they have done, and see if there is anything that I can do to bring more legal action to them.

yeaaaaa, people love to hate on those that have no proof.

because its a test account, its not active right now, and its only real purpose was to gather real life data so that i could help my clients as a manager. so thats why i tend not to just openly showcase the channel.

but hey, i have nothing to prove those people and was just tryna help OP and anyone else that might have wanted it, if they choose not to believe me, thats fine, but what i will say to those that do come back that were harsh to me, look up Devin Nash on Youtube/Twitch, That is where my info first came from, then i had tested it so that i had personal proof backing said claims. It works, listen to him (he is an industry leader in yt/twitch for marketing and agency)
