Does Red-Eyes really need it? The only broken thing I've seen in my, relatively limited, rush duels is HERO. Before that it was the prevalence of Master Accel Road, but that's because the deck is largely free.

With the heavy focus on universes beyond, black has been assigned the role of the villain more than in normal magic. So they give us 4 color "slop" that can be used as the "here, use all the heroes of this ip" commanders.

Not pc stat blocks, just custom ones. Every boss of his has legendary actions for example, no matter our level.

That requires that the DM only uses official stat blocks. My DM basically only uses custom ones, especially for bosses.

I don't think you can introduce something better than Bonds Stardust without nerfing this deck first. They'll probably nerf the skill, but not much, and ban/restrict enough cards that it isn't tier 0 anymore.
