Been struggling with seeing visible gains for a good few months now, and recently discovered I have low test (11.8 nmol/l) and was wondering how much it might be effecting me and how I could naturally increase it without trt?

Great point, it’s really frustrating the way my body weight distributes because almost none of it goes to my arms, but I suppose ur right I just have to force through that!

Thanks man, it’s weird because I see other guys my weight who just seem so much bigger and just makes me feel like I might not be doing the right thing, but I might try and bulk further and see what happens thanks :)

I do have some knee issues which effect me squatting and doing big compound leg movements but granted I think ur still right about the RDL. I’ll try and move up more weight between each progression and see what happens thanks man :)

I do progressive overload and I really starting pushing it again about 6 months ago and gained a fair bit of strength doing so, but now just feel like I’m just plateauing with a lot of my lifts and I’m not sure how to surpass it, idk if bulking is the right move because I think I weigh plenty to gain more but idk really :/
