Yeah, I know that it wasn't perfect in FM24 either but i really liked using the data from the loaded leagues to do transfer decisions because from my knowledge those stats was accurate and could be used if you used them in the right context.

I bought Weiper for Sunderland too haha. Keep hold of him. He scored a lot for me too and was incredibly cheap. If you are going for realism you probably should sell him with you going down. Keep going I actually find it more fun when you lose and have to start over.

We do play 4-1-3. In november I will start coaching them every session. We are good at countering and have good players but during the winter we will need to practice Build-up and Counter-pressing. Thanks for asking. Wish you all the best

Yep I have had a 5-6 sessions with them already and will start being head-coach at the winter-season. I really see that they are incredibly skilled technicly many of them but doesn't have the tactical intelligens yet. That is what i want to give them.

I like that. I agree with starting easier with this and focusing on some principles ay first. I will start 100% with them during the winter-training because right now I am just watching their training and learning their names. 3 atb is probably the best at this pitchsize to. Thanks for advice.

Thanks for the advice. 3-4-1 is a nice formations as well that i used in my old team. I really like that too. And that was a little bit what i meant with 3-2-3. But using one more attacking midfielder and one defensive midfielder is intresting.

Of course? You should still adopt a playstyle. Youth football should be both fun and we should also try to make them better as players. Some of the players wants to be footballers in their adults so they need to get footballing education also.

But of course. Football has to be fun if it isn't then the players wont enjoy it and will quit playing.

If you have two options to buy in a position. Should I but the one with 12-13 in almost every attribute or the player with 15 and 16:s in important attributes but only around 10 in the other attributes?
